What You’ll Be Doing:
🎨 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for business growth.
🎨 Offer expert guidance on color schemes, paint finishes, and coatings to help clients achieve their vision.
🎨 Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations that bring design concepts to life.
🎨 Provide free color consultation services, helping clients choose the perfect shades for their spaces.
🎨 Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and deliver professional recommendations.
🎨 Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge design solutions.
🎨 Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
🎨 Support the marketing team in developing brochures, presentations, and engaging social media content.
🎨 Represent Insignia Limited at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the paints and coatings industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of color theory, paint finishes, and coatings.
✔ Proficiency in 3D rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.
✔ A keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong aesthetic sense.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
✔ Self-driven and collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
