📌 Position: Strategy, Planning & Investment Manager
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct comprehensive business analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
✔ Develop and oversee financial and operational models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic scenario planning.
✔ Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry risks within construction, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors.
✔ Track and evaluate business performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
✔ Spearhead strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and diversification projects.
✔ Implement business intelligence tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
✔ Conduct feasibility studies for new investments, ensuring strong ROI analyses and optimal resource allocation.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Economics (highly preferred), Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
📌 An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is a strong advantage.
📌 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Strategy, Planning, and Investment, ideally within the Construction, Mining, Engineering, or Real Estate sectors.
📍 Work Location: Dodoma, Tanzania
