About the Role
Jubilee Health Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring client retention, strengthening relationships with intermediaries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a 90% retention rate for the existing client portfolio while fostering organic business growth.
- Enhance customer relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reports on scheme performance.
- Ensure timely and precise delivery of services and documentation across departments.
- Log and resolve client issues on CRM within agreed turnaround times (TATs).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Insurance, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional insurance certification (certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma).
- Strong people management and relationship-building skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
