What You’ll Do:

✔ Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
✔ Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and best HR practices.
✔ Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
✔ Develop and manage performance evaluation and training programs.
✔ Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.
✔ Collaborate with department heads to enhance workforce productivity.


What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
📆 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and compliance regulations.
💡 Leadership & Skills: Proven ability to lead, strategize, and make impactful decisions.
📊 HR Expertise: Experience in performance management, employee training, and workforce development.
