Your Role: HR Supervisor/Manager

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy by attracting top talent, managing compensation structures, and ensuring compliance with Tanzanian labor laws. Your leadership will enhance HR efficiency, drive employee engagement, and foster a thriving workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💼 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
✔ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
✔ Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings and screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs efficiently.
✔ Strengthen employer branding and employee value propositions.

💰 Compensation & Benefits (Payroll Management)
✔ Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
✔ Ensure full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and tax regulations.
✔ Conduct salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
✔ Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and allowances.
✔ Address payroll queries and discrepancies effectively.

📜 HR Compliance & Operations
✔ Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and payroll documentation in line with legal and company standards.
✔ Support and enhance employee onboarding and orientation programs.
✔ Provide HR analytics and reports covering hiring trends, payroll, and benefits.
✔ Implement HR best practices to improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.


What You Bring to the Role

📌 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 – 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management.
✔ Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, payroll systems, and tax regulations.

🎯 Key Skills & Competencies
✔ Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and compensation structures.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, especially in payroll processing.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
✔ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

📍 Location: This is a fully on-site role in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
