With over 100 years of banking expertise, we are looking for a Prestige Banker to join our Moshi Branch team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
Role Overview
The Prestige Banker will be responsible for selling bank products, handling customer inquiries, and delivering top-tier financial services. This role demands a results-oriented individual who can build strong client relationships while proactively identifying sales opportunities. While primarily based at the Moshi Branch, the role holder may be required to support other branches when needed.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Sales & Customer Service (95%)
✔️ Sales of Financial Products: Open current and savings accounts, offer packaged loan products, credit cards, and other banking services.
✔️ Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to anticipate their financial needs.
✔️ Cross-Selling: Identify and recommend suitable banking solutions to customers.
✔️ Onboarding & Follow-ups: Guide new customers through the account opening process, assist with paperwork, and ensure seamless service.
✔️ In-Branch Support: Handle customer complaints, maintain banking hall standards, and support marketing campaigns.
✔️ Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and service performance targets.
📌 Business Management (5%)
✔️ Maintain accurate records and track sales targets.
✔️ Ensure compliance with ABSA policies and risk management frameworks.
✔️ Assist in regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and reporting.

- Knowledge of banking systems, services, and financial regulations.
