    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Acquisition: Proactively visit potential customers through door-to-door canvassing or appointments to introduce NMB Bank products and services.
    • Open Bank Accounts: Facilitate the account opening process, ensuring all required Know Your Customer (KYC) documents are collected.
    • Sales and Cross-Selling: Promote and upsell NMB Bank products and services, meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
    • Customer Education: Register customers for NMB Mkononi and educate them about self-service channels for convenient banking.
    • Marketing and Relationship Building: Participate in promotional events, identify repeat business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with the bank’s processes, proper use of working tools, and effective management of marketing materials.
    • Continuous Learning: Improve sales techniques, upgrade product knowledge, and ensure that no miss-selling occurs

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing, or related fields.
      • Added Advantage: Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
      • Skills:
        • Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
        • Ability to work outdoors and build strong customer relationships.
        • Exceptional sales, communication, and presentation skills.
        • Proficiency in standard computer applications (Word and Excel).
