Company Overview:Kilimanjaro International Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) is a joint venture between the Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). KLICL is seeking to hire a qualified, energetic, dynamic, and proactive Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or a relevant field.
• Registered with NBAA as ACPA (T).
• Master's in Business Administration is an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in senior management.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Control capital and recurrent expenditures.
  • Advise the Managing Director on financial matters.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments for budget preparation.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial plans and budgets.
