About PSRS
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is an independent government department established to facilitate the recruitment of employees into the Public Service. Created by the Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002 and amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, PSRS aims to promote equity, transparency, and merit in the recruitment process.
