Job Description: The Business Development Representative will focus on achieving growth in sales volumes, expanding market share, and enhancing competitiveness through market-driven services. This role involves building sustainable competitive advantages within identified market segments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
  2. Manage and supervise distributors within the assigned sector, including orders, payments, and re-distribution.
  3. Ensure that IB products are adequately stocked in retail outlets and customers.
  4. Oversee merchandising to maintain brand visibility in customers' retail outlets.
  5. Ensure chillers are optimally placed in high-performing outlets and used exclusively for IB products.
  6. Monitor the recommended pricing of IB products at sales outlets.
  7. Keep a close watch on competitive actions.

Profile:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of sales in the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
