Job Description: The Business Development Representative will focus on achieving growth in sales volumes, expanding market share, and enhancing competitiveness through market-driven services. This role involves building sustainable competitive advantages within identified market segments.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors within the assigned sector, including orders, payments, and re-distribution.
- Ensure that IB products are adequately stocked in retail outlets and customers.
- Oversee merchandising to maintain brand visibility in customers' retail outlets.
- Ensure chillers are optimally placed in high-performing outlets and used exclusively for IB products.
- Monitor the recommended pricing of IB products at sales outlets.
- Keep a close watch on competitive actions.
Profile:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of sales in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
