Position Description: Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking two HV Electricians to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety practices, including attending safety courses and meetings, using PPE, and reporting incidents.
- Operate and switch electrical systems up to 6.6KV.
- Install and maintain Sandvik electrical drills to minimize maintenance and maximize availability.
- Utilize testing equipment to troubleshoot complex electrical problems and develop solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and distribution circuit maps.
- Conduct safety checks and testing on electrical drills.
- Attend breakdowns, perform fault-finding, and carry out electrical equipment checks.
- Provide on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.
Qualification Requirements:
- Electrical Trade Certificate.
- High Voltage Switching Certificate.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Valid Tanzania Driving License.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills.
