Job Description: The PPM Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing costs at Moshi Maltings by coordinating financial planning and performance activities. This includes overseeing the annual budget, monthly actual reporting, analysis, and managing the monthly full-year forecast outlook, including risks and opportunities. The analyst will also focus on KPI management, champion management, escalation management, and Capex management, providing timely business analysis and insights for informed decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the price change process in SAP.
  2. Prepare and analyze BU Sales (COF) P&L, identifying opportunities to enhance financial results.
  3. Lead the BU Sales (COF) budget process in alignment with the company’s ZBB principles.
  4. Monitor and challenge the BU Sales (COF) budget on a monthly basis.
  5. Set budgets, track spending, and determine ROI for various categories, including trade marketing and brand DMI.
  6. Create monthly P&L statements for leadership review.
  7. Develop P&Ls to support the 1YP and 5YP strategic plans annually.
  8. Manage systems to track revenues and expenses.
  9. Establish processes to audit all revenues and expenses.
  10. Provide analysis to the PPM/Revenue Director to assist with strategic decisions.
  11. Identify savings opportunities and overspending risks.

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numerical ability.
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Highly numerate with a strong customer service focus.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in finance (BCom/Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent).
  • CPA (T) qualification is advantageous.
  • Three years of experience in finance.
  • Technical skills in Tax, GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbox.
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
