Role Overview
Position: Product Development Manager
Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Location: Head Office, NBC
As a Product Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new product opportunities, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and market trends. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product innovation and contribute to the bank’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from development to enhancement and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer demands and regulatory standards.
- Conduct business analysis and create comprehensive cases for new and existing products.
- Lead end-to-end development projects and product reviews.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, training resources, and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance, manage risks, and address system capabilities with the IT team.
- Actively engage in change management and the innovation process, driving seamless transitions for new products.
What You Bring
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience: At least 4 years in the banking industry, with 2 years in product development or innovation roles.
Skills: Knowledge of wholesale banking products, strong analytical skills, project management, and effective communication.
