The Programme Manager Role

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Education: Master’s degree in social sciences, international development, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 10 years in NGOs, with 5 years in senior management.
- Proven expertise in large-scale project management, including budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
