Key Responsibilities
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for various HR functions, focusing on enhancing employee experience and aligning HR strategies with company objectives. Core duties include:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, streamline the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a positive transition into the organization.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as an advisor to management and staff, handle conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
3. Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems, set clear expectations, and support continuous employee development.
4. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conduct regular audits, and update policies as needed.
5. Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and collaborate with leadership to nurture talent.
6. HR Metrics & Reporting: Track HR data, analyze trends, and prepare reports on employee satisfaction, retention, and turnover.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
3-5 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
