Key Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager (B2G), your role will encompass a variety of duties to establish and maintain fruitful relationships with government clients. Key responsibilities include:

1. Customer Acquisition: Identifying and developing new customers specifically for the Consulting and Project Management division, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities within the government sector.

2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

3. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities within government departments and agencies.

4. Networking & Promotion: Representing DMG at industry events, trade shows, and government forums to promote the company’s services.

5. Proposal Development: Leading the proposal process, ensuring alignment with government requirements for seamless and compliant submissions.

6. Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for government clients, providing updates and maintaining satisfaction.
