Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Reports to: Executive Director

In this role, you’ll lead efforts to grow our brand presence and revenue by crafting sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and implementing impactful marketing campaigns. Your work will be essential in helping us reach new clients and build enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client base and revenue.
- Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns that align with our brand and target audience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage client relationships and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market data, track campaign performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in sales and marketing, who is eager to contribute to business growth. Our ideal candidate has:
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
- An understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
