Position: Marketing Officer

About Us:
Alpha Associates Tanzania Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns, managing client acquisition strategies, and ensuring our digital platforms align with current industry trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients while fostering strong relationships with external marketing partners, if applicable.
- Collaborate with outsourced marketing agencies to effectively implement strategic marketing plans.
- Prepare and distribute regular newsletters on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all marketing-related activities within the organization.
- Oversee and enhance communication channels with clients, including social media, the company website, and YouTube.
- Regularly update and optimize the company website to reflect cutting-edge technology and marketing practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in marketing or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Expertise in graphic design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and others.
- Ability to create and manage engaging content based on company events for social media updates.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and crafting compelling content.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and working within a team environment.
- Knowledge of website management, SEO, and the latest digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
