Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a vigilant presence to safeguard company assets, employees, and premises.
- Monitor and regulate access for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols to proactively address potential security concerns.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, or unauthorized activities.
- Accurately document daily security activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a security or watchman role is an advantage.
- Physically fit, with the stamina to patrol and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Proximity: Applicants must reside near Mkuranga Industrial Park or neighboring areas for convenience.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with staff and visitors.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
