Your Role as a Board Member
As a Board Member, you will:
1. Strategically Guide the Organization: Provide leadership and insights that align with CCBRT’s vision.
2. Strengthen Governance: Participate in board meetings, understand financial statements, and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities.
3. Resource Mobilization: Leverage your personal and professional networks to secure funding and partnerships.
4. Actively Engage: Contribute to board committees and play a direct role in supporting CCBRT’s programs.
5. Advocate: Represent CCBRT in your community and promote its mission and services.
Board members serve for a five-year term, with the possibility of a second consecutive term.
