Assistant Relationship Manager; Agri Retail Job Opportunity at NMB Bank PLC
Job Locations:
- Highlands Zone – Sumbawanga
- Central Zone – Wami
- Northern Zone – Babati
- Dar es Salaam Zone – Temeke
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement plans to achieve Agri Retail assets and liabilities objectives.
- Enhance customer engagement through platforms like Business Clubs and Agri Executive Networks.
- Monitor Agri Retail loans to maintain quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze loan performance within assigned areas and prepare detailed reports.
- Train and mentor Relationship Officers on credit assessment and loan processes.
- Assist in budget preparation for Agri Retail assets and liabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to model and improve Agri Retail products.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of agricultural economics and value chains.
- Proficiency in banking operations, credit assessment, and financial markets.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Managerial acumen and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years’ banking experience, including credit assessment and project appraisal roles.
