Current Job Openings

1. Daycare Director

Location: Preference for residents of Iringa Municipality
Role: Oversee the daycare center, ensuring compliance with Tanzanian childcare regulations while creating and implementing educational programs for children aged 1–6 years.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in childcare or education management
  • Proficiency in Kiswahili and English

2. Lead Teacher (Preschool)

Role: Design and deliver engaging educational programs for preschoolers aged 3–6 years, focusing on social, emotional, and academic development.
Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of preschool teaching experience
  • Fluency in Kiswahili and English

3. Toddler Teacher

Role: Provide care and education for toddlers aged 1–3 years, fostering their physical, social, and emotional growth.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience working with toddlers preferred
  • Fluency in Kiswahili and basic English

4. Assistant Teacher

Role: Assist lead teachers with planning activities, supervising children, and maintaining an organized learning environment.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate in childcare (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience with children
  • Proficiency in Kiswahili

5. Childcare Aide

Role: Support staff by preparing meals, supervising transitions, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications:

  • Form IV or Form VI education
  • Prior childcare experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in Kiswahili

6. Cook/Nutritionist

Role: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to children’s dietary needs while adhering to food safety standards.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Food and Nutrition or related field
  • Experience preparing meals for children preferred

7. Janitorial Staff

Role: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the daycare center to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:

  • Primary or secondary school education
  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance is an asset
  • Residency in Iringa Municipality preferred

8. ICT Expert (Website and Social Media Manager)

Role: Oversee the school’s website and social media presence, ensuring content aligns with the school’s mission while managing live-stream events.
Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field
  • Expertise in website management and social media marketing
  • Skills in video editing
  • Fluency in Kiswahili and English

9. Drone Operator

Role: Capture dynamic aerial footage of school activities and events using advanced drone technology.
Qualifications:

  • Certification in drone operation
  • Experience in aerial photography
  • Creativity in visual storytelling

10. Health Attendant

Role: Monitor children’s health, provide first aid, and maintain health records.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Nursing or Public Health
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience in childcare preferred

11. Childcare Taker

Role: Support daily routines and assist children with special needs.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Childcare or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with children
  • Proficiency in Kiswahili

12. School Bus Transport Officer

Role: Manage the safe transportation of children, maintain attendance records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Transport Management or related field
  • Experience in school transportation
  • Knowledge of traffic safety regulations
