We are looking for highly driven and talented professionals to join our team in the following positions:
1. Digital Financial Services (DFS) Manager – 1 Position
Role Overview
The DFS Manager will spearhead the strategy and execution of digital financial services, ensuring seamless customer experiences and the successful deployment of innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance digital financial products.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and operational teams for smooth service delivery.
- Analyze DFS performance metrics to align with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to BOT, TCRA, and FCC regulations.
- Coordinate with regulators and industry players to overcome adoption barriers.
- Monitor and improve product quality, customer service, and security.
- Provide strategic reports and recommendations to enhance digital financial services.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in DFS, product management, or fintech.
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of digital business models, AML regulations, and compliance standards.
2. Information Security Officer – 1 Position
Role Overview
The Information Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding digital assets, monitoring cybersecurity threats, and ensuring compliance with regulatory security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize security tools to maintain system integrity.
- Conduct cybersecurity event analysis and respond to threats.
- Perform security gap assessments and vulnerability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
- Maintain security incident reports and collaborate with IT teams for risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or IT-related fields.
✔ ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification is required.
✔ Professional certifications (CEH, CCNA Security, or CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Security.
✔ Technical expertise in SIEM, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, penetration testing, and forensics.
3. Operations & Product Support Specialist – 1 Position
Role Overview
The Operations & Product Support Specialist will provide technical and operational support to ensure the efficiency and functionality of digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for DFS products.
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams to enhance product functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams.
- Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
✔ Experience in digital product support or operations management.
✔ Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
4. Customer Support & Complaints Specialist – 1 Position
Role Overview
The Customer Support & Complaints Specialist will manage DFS-related customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for DFS-related complaints.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Train contact center agents on DFS-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the DFS Manager to improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
✔ Experience in customer support and complaints resolution.
✔ Strong communication and analytical skills.
5. Finance Officer – 2 Positions
Role Overview
The Finance Officer will oversee financial transactions, reporting, compliance, and audits to ensure ASAMTL's financial operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
- Coordinate external and internal audits.
- Collaborate with banks and government bodies for financial reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ CPA certification is an advantage.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
✔ Knowledge of corporate financial law and financial software (e.g., SAP).
