About the Role:
As a key member of our Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Officer will take the lead in crafting, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate leads. This role focuses extensively on leveraging social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, with an emphasis on influencer collaborations to reach and captivate our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and implement captivating social media campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create visually appealing content, including images and videos, capturing trade activations and marketing events.
- Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to boost visibility.
Advertising & Analytics:
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and tracking.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate actionable reports.
Community Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media comments and messages.
- Foster a robust online community by engaging with followers and participating in online forums.
Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and oversee influencer campaigns, including content guidelines, briefs, and tracking performance.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and manage payments.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, including ROI, sales uplift, and customer engagement.
Industry Insights & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Expertise in social media marketing, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and tools like Facebook Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and other digital channels.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.
