Position: Receptionist (1 Post)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking detailed messages when required.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendars.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about company services.
- Collaborate with other team members to support additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Front Office Management in a fast-paced organization.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
