Position: Receptionist (1 Post)
Location: Dar es Salaam


Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking detailed messages when required.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendars.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about company services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Educational Background

  • Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Front Office Management in a fast-paced organization.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
