Role Overview

As an MRP Analyst, you will serve as the critical link in the manufacturing supply chain, connecting demand, supply, logistics, and finance. Your mission is to develop and execute supply and inventory plans that deliver exceptional customer service while minimizing costs and waste. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain, contributing to AB InBev's legacy of excellence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Planning

  • Monitor weekly plans from Barnton and promptly escalate risks to the MRP Manager and WSNP Manager.
  • Develop and publish a 12–18-month forecast aligned with S&OP and CONA processes.
  • Sign off on monthly inventory LE forecasts for the cash flow team.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with suppliers and procurement through the S&OP process.

2. Control & Obsolescence Management

  • Protect service levels by mitigating raw material risks affecting production plans.
  • Manage and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NST, OTIF Materials, and S&OP metrics.
  • Prevent losses and obsolescence by managing slow-moving inventory and shelf-life tracking.

3. MRP Run & Validation

  • Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in the planning system for TBL and TDL.
  • Validate material availability and ensure compliance with stock parameters.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to adjust plans based on material restrictions and availability.

4. Supplier & Material Management

  • Expedite urgent orders while ensuring the proper purchase order (PO) process is followed.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts, manage call-offs, and ensure timely GRN (Goods Received Notes) for all inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels against policy, reporting weekly on risks and variances.
  • Manage supplier production plans and oversee long-term material availability.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Supply Chain, Commercial, or a related field (3 years or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of planning experience (preferred).
  • Strong foundation in quantitative disciplines like mathematics, statistics, or economics is advantageous.
