Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Packaging Manager to lead and manage our Packaging Department. This role is critical to achieving excellence in product quality and output efficiency. You’ll oversee People, Plant, Process, and Systems, ensuring alignment with AB InBev’s standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Excellence in Safety, Quality, and Environment

  • Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure adherence to PPE policies and conduct regular audits.
  • Foster a risk-free and healthy working environment.

2. Strategic Leadership

  • Translate and implement AB InBev’s strategies, including the VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) framework.
  • Manage department budgets, production plans, and logistics.
  • Optimize process capabilities and ensure conformance to standards.

3. Human Resource Management

  • Train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and manage talent pipelines.
  • Facilitate effective team dynamics and performance management processes.

4. Operational Efficiency

  • Lead packaging projects and implement technical strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale).
  • Monitor production processes and ensure maintenance integrity.

5. Administrative Excellence

  • Oversee departmental administration activities.
  • Track and report on team performance indicators (PIs and KPIs).
  • Ensure alignment with AB InBev’s business strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 6–9 months of on-the-job training preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Unit Manager or Packaging Engineer.
