- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Basic skills in content creation and social media management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools like Adobe Suite or Canva is a bonus.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Local Insight: Preference will be given to Zanzibar residents.
What You’ll Do
- Create and curate eye-catching content for social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to highlight our services.
- Organize project photos, videos, and client testimonials for promotional purposes.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain office files, records, and supplies for seamless operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle general inquiries and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
