Position Overview: Customer Experience Executive

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic professional to join our Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and progress.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to improve Flex’s products and services.
  • Continuously enhance personal performance through training, feedback, and setting ambitious goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to ensure success.
  • Represent Flex with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Innovate and introduce creative solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Flex’s suite of products, services, and value propositions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs.
