Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual who embodies the following qualities:

  • A passion for working with students and implementing a holistic learning curriculum.
  • The ability to create, monitor, and evaluate lesson plans, schemes of work, notes, and examinations.
  • A commitment to extracurricular activities (ECAs) and inspiring students to actively participate.
  • A proactive attitude in taking on additional responsibilities such as school duty, leading assemblies, guiding projects, and participating in committees.
  • A strong drive for academic and moral excellence, encouraging students to strive for success.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited university in East Africa with an excellent academic record.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of teaching experience at the Advanced Level with proven results from top-performing schools.
  • Expertise in delivering NECTA curriculum content using modern, competency-based teaching methods and assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the medium of instruction.
  • A well-rounded personality with a strong adherence to teaching ethics and a fresh, innovative approach to education.
  • The ability to teach a second subject in secondary school is an added advantage.
