DarTU, formerly TUDARCo, is rebranding to align with the digital economy and Industry 4.0. The university is seeking dynamic and qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. School of Law and Justice (SoLJu)
1.1 Lecturers in Law (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- PhD in Law.
- LLM with a minimum GPA of 4.0.
- LLB with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (recognized by TCU).
- Experience in university teaching; advocacy of the High Court preferred.
Specializations Preferred:
- ADR & Procedural Aspects of ADR
- Taxation, Land, Labour, Oil and Gas Law
- Law of Trusts and Succession
- Civil Procedure, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law
1.2 Assistant Lecturers (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- LLM with a minimum GPA of 4.0.
- LLB with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (recognized by TCU).
- Teaching experience and High Court advocacy are advantages.
Specializations Preferred:
- Tax, Land, Labour, Oil and Gas Law
- Criminal Law & Procedure, International Trade Law
- Evidence, Legal Writing & Drafting
2. School of Digital Technologies and Transformation Studies (SoDTTS)
2.1 Lecturers in Computer Science/Cybersecurity (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- PhD, MSc, and BSc in Computer Science/Cybersecurity (TCU-recognized).
- MSc GPA: ≥ 4.0; BSc GPA: ≥ 3.5.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) preferred.
Expertise Areas:
- Network Security, Encryption, Ethical Hacking
- Programming (e.g., Python, Java)
- Research and consultancy experience required.
2.2 Assistant Lecturers (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- MSc and BSc in relevant fields (TCU-recognized).
- MSc GPA: ≥ 4.0; BSc GPA: ≥ 3.5.
- Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) advantageous.
Expertise Areas:
- Cloud Security, IoT Security, AI in Cybersecurity
- Experience with virtual labs and research activities.
