Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson (Auto Spare Parts) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying client needs, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, such as auto repair shops, dealerships, and individual buyers.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Showcase and recommend the company’s wide range of auto spare parts tailored to customer requirements.
  • Stay well-informed about the company's inventory, including new products, specifications, and technical details.
  • Educate customers on product features, compatibility, and benefits to enhance their purchase decisions.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries, prepare detailed quotations, and manage order processing.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Share insights with management regarding customer preferences and emerging market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order information.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present performance metrics to the sales manager.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or product-related concerns promptly.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with inventory and procurement teams to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, sales, or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the auto spare parts or a related industry.

Technical Expertise:

  • Solid understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added benefit.
