Project Officer – Simiyu

Join Trees for the Future (TREES) and Make a Lasting Impact!

Who We Are

At Trees for the Future (TREES), we believe in the power of farmers to transform their communities and the world. For over three decades, we've been a pioneering force in agroforestry, equipping farmers with the tools and knowledge to restore degraded landscapes, combat climate change, and build sustainable food systems. Through our Forest Garden Approach, farmers plant thousands of trees, cultivate diverse crops, and break the cycle of poverty—paving the way for healthier ecosystems and stronger local economies.

With active programs in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Mali, and Senegal, we have planted over 350 million trees and counting. In Tanzania alone, our team of 60+ dedicated professionals supports 8,000 farmers across Simiyu, Singida, Tabora, and Mwanza, with a goal of planting 8 million trees in 2025.
