This role requires a customer-focused, strategic thinker who can manage and grow affluent banking portfolios while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Growth & Business Development
✔️ Drive growth in assets, liabilities, investment products, and insurance through client engagement and sales.
✔️ Monitor and analyze portfolio movements, taking action on any abnormalities.
✔️ Retain and expand client relationships through cross-selling of NMB products and services.
2. Risk Management & Compliance
✔️ Ensure compliance with KYC, AML regulations, and risk mitigation policies.
✔️ Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards.
3. Customer Relationship Management
✔️ Maintain high customer service standards by addressing client queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
✔️ Organize and lead quarterly client engagement events to enhance relationships and strengthen the NMB brand.
✔️ Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective clients and assess their financial needs.
4. Leadership & Team Support
✔️ Guide and mentor Relationship Officers and Bank Officers on managing Private Banking clients effectively.
✔️ Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving customer expectations.
✔️ Lead client acquisition strategies by maintaining an effective call program for existing and prospective customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of banking experience in operations, relationship management, or private banking.
- Strong background in credit assessment and risk analysis.

✔️ Deep understanding of private banking, financial products, and client needs.
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Ability to identify opportunities, drive portfolio growth, and enhance customer engagement.
