Join Our Team as a Server and Storage Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Server and Storage Engineer to oversee our network, server, and storage infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and data centers, optimizing network architecture, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
1. Server & Network Management:
✔️ Monitor, diagnose, and resolve server and network issues efficiently.
✔️ Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, firewalls, and storage systems.
✔️ Manage and administer essential applications, including DNS, FTP, and web hosting platforms.
2. Data Center Operations:
✔️ Ensure 24/7 uptime by managing routers, firewalls, and internal network structures.
✔️ Monitor and maintain data center environmental conditions, including power and cooling systems.
✔️ Calibrate and monitor server performance to align with business operations.
3. Troubleshooting & Optimization:
✔️ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues.
✔️ Provide innovative solutions for complex IT integration challenges.
✔️ Lead network optimization projects to enhance performance and reliability.
4. Maintenance & Upgrades:
✔️ Perform system repairs, firmware updates, and software installations.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in network administration and data center management.
✔️ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
5. Collaboration & Support:
✔️ Work closely with IT teams, sales personnel, and data center managers to improve overall operations.
✔️ Optimize data center layouts for enhanced accessibility and maintenance efficiency.
✔️ Provide technical support for operational, infrastructure, and hardware incidents.
Qualifications & Skills Required
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in server and storage management, network administration, and data center operations.
💡 Technical Skills & Competencies:
✔️ In-depth understanding of networking protocols, server hardware, and software.
✔️ Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and storage systems.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ Knowledge of power and cooling systems in data centers is a plus.
