Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Rooms Division Manager, you will:
✔ Oversee daily operations in front office and housekeeping.
✔ Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
✔ Develop and implement policies and procedures for a seamless guest experience.
✔ Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
✔ Monitor and control departmental budgets and operational expenses.
✔ Conduct regular inspections to ensure top-tier cleanliness and maintenance.
✔ Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
✔ Maintain accurate guest feedback records and drive continuous improvements.
✔ Collaborate with department heads to enhance overall resort operations.
What You Bring to the Table
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
🔹 Leadership: Strong team management, training, and performance development skills.
🔹 Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
🔹 Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
