Your Mission

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute strategic trade marketing initiatives, ensuring the profitable growth of our business. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive performance in a competitive industry.


Key Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Trade Marketing Strategies

  • Design and implement trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market growth opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies, ensuring the right product mix, pricing, and promotions for each channel.

Drive Channel & Sales Performance

  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors, contractors, and retailers.
  • Lead trade promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives to boost product visibility.
  • Track and analyze market trends, sales data, and channel performance to provide actionable insights.

Performance Monitoring & Brand Consistency

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trade campaigns, ensuring ROI and profitability targets are met.
  • Use KPIs to monitor trade marketing initiatives and propose improvements.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and a strong visual identity across all marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

A. Education & Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

B. Experience & Skills

✔️ Proven experience in trade marketing, channel sales, or brand management.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decision-making.
✔️ Expertise in trade channels, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics for both B2B & B2C markets.
✔️ Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, with a track record of delivering results.
✔️ Proficiency in performance management dashboards and KPI tracking.
✔️ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
