Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining exceptional food quality.
🔹 Lead and mentor a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
🔹 Develop, refine, and execute menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and local influences.
🔹 Stay ahead of culinary trends and integrate new techniques into our offerings.
🔹 Maintain top-tier food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
🔹 Oversee inventory, stock control, and cost management to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
🔹 Ensure flawless dish presentation and execution, exceeding guest expectations.
🔹 Handle special dietary requests and guest feedback with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Culinary expertise with a passion for creative and high-end cuisine.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Extensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort is a plus.
✔ Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
