Key Responsibilities
📊 Business Research & Analysis
✔️ Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
✔️ Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive insights and drive strategic initiatives.
🔄 Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement
✔️ Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
✔️ Engage stakeholders to ensure business objectives align with technology and operational capabilities.
🛠 Solution Design & Project Support
✔️ Develop user-centric solutions by collaborating with development teams and innovation groups.
✔️ Support project management activities and ensure timely solution delivery.
📢 Reporting & Documentation
✔️ Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
✔️ Utilize business analysis tools such as BPMN, UML, and JIRA for documentation and workflow modeling.
🚀 Change Management & Risk Mitigation
✔️ Support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
✔️ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project success rates.
Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
🏆 Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Business Analysis: CBAP, CCBA.
- Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2.
💡 Skills & Competencies:
✔️ Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML).
✔️ Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Power BI, SQL).
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel for site visits and on-site project management.
