🎯 Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times. -
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and manage the team by assigning daily tasks, following up on their progress, and ensuring all duties are performed to a high standard. -
Effective Communication:
Host daily HOD meetings, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the day's activities and objectives. -
Administrative Oversight:
Handle email communication to inform departments of any changes in ResRequest and provide updates on operational changes. -
Stock Management:
Oversee weekly purchase orders and ensure that inventory levels are maintained correctly. -
Staff Management:
Monitor attendance records, ensure off days are assigned, and maintain accurate employee records. -
Guest Service Excellence:
Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is memorable. -
Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily reports to the management team on time and with attention to detail.
🌟 Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, including direct experience in housekeeping management.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding teams.
- Exceptional multitasking ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the ResRequest system is a plus, but not mandatory.
