Role Overview

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing strategic business relationships within the Take-Home Business Channels, including Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petro-marts, Duty-Free Outlets, Hotels, Clubs, and Style Bars. The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of Key Account Business Plans (JUCPs) to achieve profit growth, NSV targets, and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

✔ Develop business plans for Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
✔ Maximize the Route-to-Market (RTM) value chain and drive both volume push & consumer pull strategies in Supermarkets & Convenience Stores.
✔ Identify emerging Off-Trade trends and create innovative activation plans.
✔ Design and implement Customer Development Operating Standards (CDOS) for holistic brand and sales growth.
✔ Ensure safety and compliance within all key account operations.

On-Trade Execution

✔ Establish strong partnerships with Top & Regional Leading Accounts (TLA & RLA).
✔ Implement high-impact marketing and sales strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement.
✔ Ensure execution excellence across Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Pricing, Persuasion, and PR (QDVP4) in both On-Trade and Off-Trade segments.
✔ Support capability-building and advocacy programs within the sales team.
✔ Serve as a key consultant for marketing initiatives, ensuring trade activities align with brand objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Area Business Partner or Customer Relationship Representation roles.
✔ Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in key account management.
✔ Strong understanding of market trends, customer engagement, and RTM strategies.
