Your Mission
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Owning and driving sales performance to achieve targets and category goals.
✅ Identifying new business opportunities and aligning with leadership for support.
✅ Managing customer relationships, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
✅ Overseeing market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
✅ Allocating, tracking, and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
✔ Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant business discipline.
📌 Experience & Skills:
✔ 5+ years in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the beverage industry.
✔ Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
✔ Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
✔ Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced business environment.
