Role Overview
As a Fleet Coordinator (Tracker), you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking Alistair Group’s truck fleet using GPS systems. Your role will be critical in:
✔ Ensuring trucks reach their destinations safely
✔ Recording and analyzing fleet data
✔ Responding to transit issues efficiently
✔ Supporting operations in case of emergencies

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Fleet Monitoring & Tracking:
- Monitor real-time GPS locations of trucks and document movements.
- Track vehicle performance and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
🔹 Operational Support & Communication:
- Report and escalate any operational challenges affecting fleet movements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between drivers, support staff, and management.
- Provide updates on truck status, delays, and route deviations.
🔹 Security & Risk Management:
- Assist in the recovery of stolen vehicles by providing tracking data.
- Identify and address potential security threats to cargo and fleet.
🔹 Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, trip efficiency, and challenges faced.
Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education & Experience:
✅ A Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (Logistics, Transport Management, or similar).
✅ Experience in transport or logistics support is an advantage.
💡 Key Skills:
✅ Excellent communication skills (English & Kiswahili fluency required).
✅ Strong computer literacy (proficiency in GPS and tracking systems).
✅ Exceptional administrative skills for accurate record-keeping.
✅ Problem-solving ability to tackle transit issues effectively.
