We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our HR & Administration team as a Volunteer in Compliance, Asset Management & Corporate Relations. Position: Volunteer (Compliance, Asset Management & Corporate Relations)
📍 Department: HR & Administration
👥 Reports to: HR & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Compliance
✅ Monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
✅ Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and ensure smooth company operations.
✅ Assess and review company policies to ensure legal compliance.
✅ Audit and track all permits and licenses to ensure they remain valid and up to date.
✅ Manage the renewal process of policies, licenses, and permits to avoid penalties and non-compliance issues.
🔹 Asset Management
✅ Oversee company assets to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.
✅ Ensure all assets are insured and claims for damaged assets are processed on time.
✅ Maintain an updated asset register and conduct regular physical asset verifications.
✅ Manage asset disposal processes in line with company policies.
✅ Facilitate the transfer of assets within the organization and ensure all movements are properly documented.
🔹 Corporate Relations
✅ Strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
✅ Evaluate and enhance corporate relations strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
✅ Ensure all corporate interactions adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
✅ Support in external communications, liaison activities, and brand positioning.
✅ Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Who We Are Looking For:
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Degree in Law (LLB), Business Law, Law Enforcement, or any related field.
🔹 Experience in compliance-related roles will be an added advantage.
🔹 Must be a Tanzanian national.
🔹 Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage.
🔹 Strong interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills.
🔹 High levels of discipline, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
