Position: Branch Manager
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
✔ Driving retail and SME financial targets through a world-class Sales & Service Management system.
✔ Ensuring seamless branch operations in collaboration with the Central Operations Unit.
✔ Maintaining regulatory compliance in line with BOT regulations and banking guidelines.
✔ Overseeing customer service excellence while managing corporate customer relationships.
✔ Leading and motivating a high-performing team to exceed targets.
✔ Managing branch profitability, operational efficiency, and risk control.
✔ Spearheading new business acquisition and customer retention strategies.
✔ Preparing periodic and statutory reports to support executive decision-making.
✔ Engaging in community outreach to enhance the bank’s visibility and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education & Qualifications
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or Marketing.
📌 Professional certifications in banking or finance are an added advantage.
💼 Experience & Skills
📌 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within banking.
📌 Strong leadership & people management skills with a proven track record.
📌 In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance.
📌 Exceptional sales, business development, and relationship management capabilities.
📌 Outstanding communication & strategic decision-making skills.
📌 Commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven approach.
