Your Role: Creating Unforgettable Guest Experiences

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by delivering outstanding service. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, provide personalized assistance, and uphold hotel standards will make a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service from check-in to check-out, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Personally greet and escort guests to their rooms, making them feel expected and valued.
Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization while assisting guests with inquiries about hotel facilities and activities.
Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and rate levels in line with hotel policies and occupancy levels.
Handle guest accounts, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards to deliver a consistently excellent experience.


What We’re Looking For:

🌟 Hospitality Expertise: A degree in hospitality management or relevant experience in a hotel’s Front Office department.
🌟 Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
🌟 Customer-Focused Mindset: A warm, engaging, and proactive approach to guest service.
🌟 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred).
