Watu Credit is looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact between the company and potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of our products and services. Your role will involve identifying and educating prospects, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Identify and engage potential customers, presenting them with tailored solutions.
✔️ Educate prospects on the benefits, features, and financing options of Watu Credit products.
✔️ Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
✔️ Work towards and achieve sales targets by implementing effective selling strategies.
✔️ Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and offering assistance.
✔️ Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.
✔️ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
📌 Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
📈 Minimum of 2 years experience in sales & marketing (preferably in a technology-driven environment or device financing sector).
💬 Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
🎯 Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a proven sales track record.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Suite) – ESSENTIAL.
🔗 Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
📊 Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
🗣 Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to audience needs.
