Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Address customer needs at sales points and distribution channels.
- Train, mentor, and support sales teams to enhance productivity.
- Analyze and review weekly sales performance across assigned regions.
- Drive promotional strategies tailored for various sales channels.
- Conduct and oversee monthly sales performance reviews.
- Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives within the territory.
- Play a key role in executing branding campaigns.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- A strong track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
