Role Purpose

As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving IT incidents, ensuring smooth system performance, and supporting digital banking channels like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Agent Banking. You will also play a key role in monitoring system infrastructure and ensuring optimal IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Channels Administration: Maintain and support Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking, and SMS Services.
System Monitoring & Support: Provide 1st level support for all digital channels, ensuring seamless service availability.
Incident Management: Handle user requests via ticketing tools, calls, and emails, escalating issues as needed.
24/7 Support: Be on on-call duty to address urgent IT incidents and system outages.
Change & Integration Management: Participate in system updates, integrations, and testing projects.
User Access Management: Manage user access rights, password resets, and system authorizations as per security policies.
Infrastructure Monitoring: Track the performance of servers, networks, applications, ATMs, POS, and databases using monitoring tools.
Service Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance, capacity, and availability trends.
Knowledge Base Management: Update technical documentation and contribute to an IT knowledge base.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams, business units, third-party vendors, and service providers to maintain smooth IT operations.
Other Duties: Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

📌 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

📌 Experience:
✔ Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in a similar-sized organization.
✔ Hands-on experience in supporting digital banking systems.

📌 Technical & Professional Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of IT service management & incident handling.
✔ Ability to monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, databases).
✔ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
